  • Citymesh

    Research Developer

    AUG 2025 – PRESENT

    • Act as a flexible technical problem-solver across multiple 5G and drone research projects — rapidly prototyping creative solutions under tight deadlines and presenting work directly to clients and partners at demos.
    • Built a multifunctional telemetry tool deployed on a 70-drone fleet, providing real-time 5G network coverage data across Belgium. Architected for easy extension, it was repurposed to record gimbal movement data for a paid data-collection project and doubles as a connectivity diagnostics tool.
    • Designed and built a drone flight-planning application enabling pilots and customers to plan missions around no-fly zones, validate regulatory compliance before takeoff, and export routes directly for autonomous flight, improving operational safety, efficiency, and airspace compliance.
